Biola Folorunso is an education entrepreneur, learning strategist, and the Founder of Learnify Nigeria, an edtech company committed to helping children thrive through personalized learning and future-ready education.
With close to 2 decades of experience in education, he has worked with thousands of learners, parents, teachers, and schools, designing innovative learning solutions that improve academic outcomes and build confidence. His work spans online tutoring, teacher development, education consulting, and curriculum innovation.
Biola is the convener of the RebootEd Conference, an annual gathering of educators, policymakers, parents, and edtech innovators focused on shaping the future of learning in Africa. He is passionate about bridging the gap between education, technology, and purpose, while advocating for learning systems that prepare children for an evolving world.
Under his leadership, Learnify continues to expand its impact across Nigeria, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada, empowering learners with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to succeed in the 21st century.
Abimbola Atanda is a Human Resources professional at Learnify Nigeria, where she plays a key role in building and supporting a high-performing team of educators. She is passionate about developing people, promoting excellence, and creating systems that enhance the quality of education.
In her role, she oversees tutor recruitment, interviews, onboarding, payroll, and class operations while helping to uphold high teaching standards across the organization. Through her professionalism, strong organizational skills, and commitment to continuous improvement, she contributes to Learnify Nigeria’s mission of delivering quality, accessible, and impactful education.
As Chief Operating Officer at Learnify, Jadesola leads the strategic and operational execution that powers the organisation’s growth. She oversees the systems, processes, and teams that ensure families receive a seamless learning experience while maintaining the high standards that define Learnify.
With a strong focus on operational excellence, organisational development, and service delivery, she works across the business to improve efficiency, strengthen internal structures, and drive initiatives that support Learnify’s mission of delivering exceptional online education to children in Nigeria and across the diaspora.
Jadesola is passionate about building organisations that are both people-centred and process-driven. She believes that sustainable impact in education begins with strong leadership, intentional systems, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
She has a growing interest in child development, children’s behaviour, and educational psychology, continually exploring how children think, learn, and develop to help shape more meaningful and effective learning experiences.
